Everything here is free

The tracker, reminders, cross-device sync, reports, spreadsheet import, and the AI note-reading and Companion are all free to use. The AI has a gentle monthly limit only so we can keep it free for everyone; it resets each month.

Note a few moments — the phase they're in, the time, what happened, and what you tried — and your patterns will start to show up here. The more you log, the more it can find. Nothing leaves your device.
Once you've noted a few moments (and any areas of difficulty), this will offer gentle “this may mean / this may help” reflections and a phase-matched agenda to try. Nothing here is medical advice.

Everything here is stored only in this browser, on this device — it never leaves it and isn't sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data clears the journal.
